HELP OUT YOUR PRO ALL STARS!!

Our Pro All Stars worked really hard this last semester and are going to nationals in July! To help them out with the cost, we will have a "Nickels for Nationals... pennies, dimes, and quarters too!" jar out at class. It may not seem like much but bring your loose change and throw it in! Every little bit helps!

Nationals Update!

This was in an email I received from the office- hope it helps!


Nationals will be held at The Family Arena in St. Charles (in St. Louis suburb of) on Saturday, July 26th.

I am booking hotel rooms for all the coaches at the Embassy Suites - close but not within walking distance - to the arena.

TEAMS are responsible to raise funds for the trip - coaches are not to be organizing any of these fundraiser events or collect the monies however, you can support your team on their fundraising efforts and coordinate that everyone is pitching in.

Students should begin to get their airline tickets and hotel rooms (if you as a coach are not controlling the hotel rooms for everyone). Please communicate with your parents and students that YCOA does not plan the trip for them - and the team is not necessarily flying together etc. each student should be getting tickets themselves to and from Nationals.

Remember: I want girls there Friday afternoon (hopefully) at the latest but Thursday night would be less stressful and reduce my blood pressure! :)

-fundraising (places for car washes)

-flights

CANCELLATION- 2/5/08

Practice will be cancelled because of an event at the school this coming Tuesday, February 5th. We will resume class the following week on the 12th at your regular class time.

Since this week was supposed to be the last week to bring a friend to register, we will extend that until the 12th so bring people to register that night!!

Prepay people- we know you payed for the class that we will be missing. What we will do is credit that class fee towards your tryout fee, which is normally $10. So, $6 class people who are prepay will only owe $4 on tryout day. $7 class people who are prepay will only owe $3. Any questions can be emailed to me!

Again, I'm sorry about the inconvenience! I wish we were having practice!!! I can't wait to see everyone on the 12th to get started on our dances!
