Check In Procedure

1. Walk your child into class- never just send them in alone! Please arrive ten minutes before your class time!
2. Go up to the check-in table and area that is designated for your last name.
3. Tell them your last name and give them your pre-paid slip or weekly payment.
- JV and Varsity classes are $6 per student per week and Jr. and Pro All Stars are $7 per student per week
- Please only pay with the correct amount! WE DO NOT HAVE CHANGE!!!! Sorry! Also, you are only permitted to pay your weekly amount or a multiple of that. For example, $6 class can pay $6, $12, $18, or $24- $7 class would be $7, $14, $21, or $28. Please, only pay for up to a month (4 weeks of class).
4. Sign your child's name on the sign in sheet along with the amount paid or P for pre-paid.
5. Take your child to the holding area.

Please, before you come for check in, take your child to the bathroom and get them some water for practice. Please do not do this once your child is signed in without letting someone know! At that time, we have a head count and expect your child there!
